Description
Design
CPC4000 industrial pressure controllers offer a wide pressure range of -0.1 ⋯ 21 MPa. The instrument can be placed on a countertop or mounted in a 19-inch rack. The instrument can have up to two reference pressure sensors and an optional atmospheric pressure sensor that displays atmospheric or analog gauge or absolute pressure.
Application
This controller has an accuracy of 0.02% IS-50, and the control pressure is extremely stable. It is especially suitable as a production tool for transmitter manufacturing, calibration and maintenance tools for pressure measuring instruments, and also as various types. Factory/work standard for pressure measurement instrument calibration. The CPC4000 offers optional pollution protection accessories such as agglomerate filters, shut-off and drain valves, making it ideal for use in oil and gas plants.
Features
The controller uses a touch screen and simple and intuitive menu navigation to maximize user convenience. In addition, a variety of menu languages ​​are available to further enhance ease of operation. The instrument can contain up to two built-in sensors, and the range of each reference pressure sensor can be determined by the user within the permitted range.
Depending on the application, the operator can choose any of the three setpoint methods:
Enter the pressure value (setpoint) directly from the keyboard on the touch screen.
Define the steps to achieve the desired pressure value by defining a fixed pressure step or percentage of the range value.
Test sequences are user-defined and programmable.
Software
Use the WIKA-CAL calibration software to easily calibrate pressure measurement instruments and generate test certificates. Alternatively, the instrument can be remotely controlled using the serial command format, Mensor standard, SCPI, or other optional command set.
Complete Test and Calibration System
According to customer requirements, we can manufacture complete mobile or static test systems. The instrument is equipped with an IEEE-488.2, RS-232, USB (with optional USB-WiFi adapter) interface and an Ethernet interface to communicate with other instruments for integration into existing systems.
