When a fire occurs, the temperature sensing and smoke detector installed in the protection zone (1) first emits a fire alarm signal, and the control panel (2) displays the alarm signal as an acousto-optic signal and transmits it to the solenoid valve (3) to open it. The deluge valve (4) is then activated to allow water to enter the sprinkler line (6) through the corresponding check valve (5) and complete the water filling process in a short period of time to convert the system into a wet system. At the same time, the pressure relief valve (7) causes the water to continue to flow and ensures the opening of the deluge valve.

In a pilot dry or wet sprinkler system, if a sprinkler blast or detector (smoke, temperature sensing, electrical spray switch) detects a fire alarm signal, the water flow begins. In addition, rapid detection can be performed by an additional detection system such as a pilot sprinkler.

The deluge valve (6) will not open until the sprinkler (4) bursts. This is because the sprinkler blasting causes the system pressure to drop and the pneumatic actuator (5) to start. At the same time, the pressure relief valve (7) causes the water to continue to flow and ensures the opening of the deluge valve.
