Ayvaz SV-254 brass safety valve for non-critical applications in air, steam and water. Its size is 3/8” – 3”, threaded connection.

Installation:
1- Care should be taken when storing, transporting and installing.
2- Protect the valve from foreign objects and dust prior to installation time.
3- The valve shaft should be installed in a vertical position.
4- No valves should be placed between the safety valve and the pressure vessel.
5- Safety valves must have an easily accessible area.
6- Safety valve outlet pipe should be opened at the shortest path.
7- The safety valve should be inclined towards the outlet pipe.
8- If you need to raise the safety valve, you should design the outlet, the diameter of the inner tube, and the diameter to prevent the water flow at the bend.
9- Separate the outlet lines of each safety valve. If it is connected to the exhaust pipe, the distance between the safety valve output and the exhaust must be at least 4 meters.
