Electromagnetically controlled relief valve regulates outlet pressure and enables/disables external power. The pilot valve mounted thereon ensures that the high inlet pressure remains constant by adjusting to the desired output pressure value. It is immune to changes in pressure and flow. The solenoid can be controlled remotely. The control device includes a controller, a time relay, a switch, a PLC control unit, and the like.
Benefits:
• Accurately adjust to the required pressure
• Decompression without affecting pressure and flow changes in the system
• Turn it on and off manually
• Easy to maintain
• Low energy consumption
• Control different voltages
Adjust:
Powering the solenoid through the board to the main valve. There are 2 ball valves on the main valve to close the main valve at the outlet. When the pilot valve adjustment bolt is turned clockwise, the set pressure is lowered. After the desired pressure value is reached, tighten the lock nut under the adjusting bolt and open the micro ball valve at the outlet.
