Pressure adjustment and shut-off control valves are used to regulate inlet and outlet pressures in a down-tilt system. It maintains the outlet pressure constant and is unaffected by pressure fluctuations by adjusting the excess flow and high pressure of the down-tilt system, allowing the system to operate at normal pressure.

Adjust
The inlet pressure is set by the pilot valve connected to the valve inlet. Rotating the adjusting bolt clockwise increases the inlet pressure and counterclockwise rotation reduces the inlet pressure. The outlet pressure is regulated by a pilot valve connected to the valve outlet. Rotating the adjustment bolt clockwise increases the outlet pressure and counterclockwise rotation reduces the outlet pressure.
