AEFS is able to safely check for fluids by detecting the flow of liquid in the pipe. It provides highly reliable flow information without the need to dissipate energy in the cooling water or lube circuit of equipment such as flash heaters, central heating boilers and heaters. It should be installed vertically. According to the factory setting, the contacts close when there is flow and the contacts open when there is no flow. The user can reverse the setting by changing the position of the relay in the housing.
How it works:
The palette contacts fixed at a point on the valve body move with the fluid to obtain flow information. When the flow stops, the blade is pushed back to the initial position by the repulsive force of the reverse magnetic pole attached to the valve body. Based on this principle, the AEFS magnetic flow switch has a longer service life and higher pressure resistance than the spring member. At the same time, it uses a high-precision reed relay.
Benefits:
High precision
Easy to adjust and assemble
Relay circuit is not in contact with fluid
Low pressure drop
Economy
