Electric actuators are used to control valves and other similar products of the 0°~270° rotation, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, flapper valves, plug valves, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power plants, heating, light industry and other industries. Performance characteristics
1- Shell: The outer casing is made of hard aluminum alloy with anodized and polyester powder coating. It has a strong corrosion resistance. Housing materials IP67, NEMA 4 and 6, IP68 are optional.
2-Manual structure: The lever design is safe, reliable, labor-saving and small. Lever operation is possible without power. If manual operation is not taken, the lever can be placed in the lever clamp for ease of use.
3-Motor: Fully enclosed squirrel cage motor. Small size, large torque and low inertia. Class F insulation rating. Built-in thermal protection switch to avoid damage to the motor.
4-Indicator: The center valve shaft is equipped with an indicator light. It adopts convex mirror design, no stagnation, and it is more convenient to observe.
5-space heater: used to control the temperature, to avoid condensation inside the electric actuator due to temperature and weather changes, to keep the internal electrical equipment dry.
6-Sealing: good sealing performance. Sealing materials IP67, IP68 are optional.
7-Limit switch: mechanical and electronic double limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable; the electronic limit switch is controlled by the cam. It can be positioned accurately and conveniently with simple adjustments without being overly affected by the handle.
8-Self-locking: Accurate worm gears with high transmission torque, high efficiency, low noise (mac.50 dB), long service life, self-locking function, anti-inversion, stable and reliable transmission components No need to refuel.
9-Anti-off bolt: The bolt will be fixed on the shell and will not fall off when the shell is removed.
10-Installation: The bottom mounting dimensions conform to the international standard IS05211 / DIN3337. There is a two-way connecting rod between the bottom and the hole, which is convenient for installing the square valve vertically or at a rotation angle of 45°
11-Circuit: The control circuit complies with the single-phase or three-phase power supply standard, the circuit layout is reasonable and compact, and the terminal effectively meets various additional functional requirements.
