The detachable connector is a double flanged connector that can be adjusted longitudinally and locked with the supplied lever to the desired length. Not only can the system be used to quickly and easily maintain valves, pumps or meters, it also simplifies future pipeline engineering corrections and reduces downtime when changes are needed.
It's easy to install, just use a wrench and torque wrench to tighten high-strength steel or stainless steel rods. Since the tie rods are fewer than the flange holes and the tie rods are used as flanged connection bolts, the installation process can be accelerated, but still provide a safe, rigid, full end load system with a rated pressure equal to the flange rated pressure.
Ayvaz detachable joints provide sufficient space for pipeline installation of valves or other armatures by extending the product length (+) 25 mm or (-) 25 mm. When installing a valve on the pipe and placing the gasket, a space larger than the length of the product should be reserved.
