Features:
Contains piston shut-off valve
The valve body material is forged carbon steel
KT-13 for steam distribution and condensate generation
The function of KT-13 is determined by the type of installation
Installation:
KT-13 Condensate Manifold is designed for vertical installation. It is recommended to insulate the condensate manifold to prevent heat loss and protect the user.
Steam distribution:
The recommended installation method is to connect the steam inlet to the top of the condensate manifold. The steam trap device should be installed at the bottom. The condensate discharged from the steam trap should return to the condensate line correctly. If the discharge is to be carried out in the atmosphere, a diffuser must be used.
Condensate generation:
It is recommended to install KT-13 as a condensate outlet to the top. The shut-off valve for air injection should be installed below the condensate generator. In addition, it is recommended to use a diffuser.
Work:
The piston valve must be fully open or closed during operation. It is not designed for flow control. Due to the large sealing area of the piston valve, no additional sealing valve is required.
Working conditions:
Maximum working pressure: 26 bar
Maximum operating temperature: 250 ° C
Kv value: 1.8 m3/s
Connection type:
Threaded
