Ayvaz BT-16 inverted bucket steam trap has a high strength structure and is therefore resistant to water hammer.
The same diameter steam traps have different valve diameters for discharging variable current carrying. The inverted bucket steam trap discharges the condensed water when it is formed, so its thermal efficiency is high.
When steam enters the steam trap, the steam rises into the bucket. The steam trap is closed with the valve system fixed to the bucket so that steam is present in the bucket. Due to heat loss on the valve body, the steam condenses into water, causing the bucket to fall. The steam trap opens with the valve system fixed to the bucket and the condensate is drained.
In the first operation, the Ayvaz BT-16 inverted bucket steam trap must be filled with water. The valve and fittings are made of hardened stainless steel. The filter should be used before the steam trap.
