SK-80 Float steam traps discharge condensate through a mechanical float system. When the system is started, the thermostatic exhaust valve is activated to vent air from the system. The incoming air then closes the exhaust valve. When condensed water flows into the steam trap, the float rises, opens the main valve and drains the condensate. After the condensate discharge is completed, the steam flows into the trap and the float drops to close the valve.

Installation:
SK-80 can be installed horizontally from right to left or left to right. If there is no special indication in the order, it is considered to be installed horizontally from right to left.
