Automatic TDS blowdown control system for steam generators. Since the steam generated by the steam generator contains 15% of water vapor, a steam-steam separator must be used to obtain dry steam. The water discharged from the steam separator will be returned to the feed tank. At the same time, insoluble impurities in the condensed water are slowly concentrated in the system.
The system has a control sensor to measure the conductivity and temperature of the feed water. If the conductivity exceeds the preset value, the drain valve opens, draining the condensate with high conductivity, and then draining the condensate from the separator or system. When the conductivity is less than the preset value, the drain valve is closed.
Benefits:
Helps provide clean and dry steam
Reducing sewage and water treatment costs
Ensure accurate conductivity control
Coils can extend their useful life
Output current is 0.4-20mA for remote control
The controller can display the sewage status
