Ayvaz U-Flex and V-Flex connectors provide highly flexible and reliable connectivity for fire protection, seismic safety zones, expansion points and industrial applications. These components are used to compensate for displacements caused by potential damage and depressions, especially where seismic motion can lead to dangerous results. FM-certified Ayvaz U-Flex and V-Flex joints prevent structural deformation, such as cracks and breakage of rigid joints, with the required flexibility, and provide users with simple, safe and reliable mounting characteristics.

Design
Ayvaz U-Flex and V-Flex joints consist of parallel corrugated metal hoses with braided and carbon steel connections, and the directional components can be bent and elbowed at different angles. The flexible metal hose provides high displacement capability in any direction of the joint, while the braid also increases its pressure resistance.
