SD-AY420 is used for continuous measurement of boiler drum water level, using the relationship between liquid level change and its capacitance change to the measuring probe, and converted into 4-20mADC standard signal output.
Compared with the traditional differential pressure transmitter + balance container, SD-AY420 capacitive water level continuous measurement has the following advantages:
1. accurate measurement, with accurate and continuous measurement and control of liquid level under full working conditions. Overcome the existence of “difference water level” in the differential pressure transmitter and measure the stable differential pressure condition under the unstable operation conditions such as boiler start, stop, emptying, continuous row, accident, etc., and the recovery time is longer. Or simply can not establish normal differential pressure, need manual intervention and other issues.
