Description
Needle and multi-way valves separate the process from measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, switches or transmitters. By closing the valve, the meter can be safely removed for recalibration or replacement of the meter. Using the vent connection option, the instrument can be connected to the atmosphere through a needle valve. In the standard version, the multi-way valve is equipped with two additional connection components. This assembly can be used both as a venting joint and as a connection to other instruments.
The spindle head is not rotatable to reduce wear on the sealing element. This also significantly extends the life of the product, especially when it is frequently turned on and off.
Valves are designed with explosion protection to improve their work safety, especially under high pressure loads.
WIKA can perfectly fit valves and pressure gauges and incorporate this service and other accessories into a direct-install solution, also known as a connection. To ensure the performance of the entire system, leak testing is also performed when making connections.
