Description
Diaphragm sealing system is used to protect pressure measuring instruments from aggressive, high viscosity, crystallization, corrosive, high viscosity, environmental hazards or toxic media. A diaphragm made of stainless steel isolates the media. The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument through the system fill fluid in the diaphragm sealing system.
With its special design – flange connection and flat insert diaphragm - DSS27M is suitable for almost all standard flanges, can be installed for pressure measurement, instead of blind flange.
Install the diaphragm seal onto the meter, usually by direct mounting.
DSS27M is especially suitable for corrosive, high viscosity, easy to crystallize or high temperature media. The measurement system has been successfully applied in the global chemical process and petrochemical industries to meet high measurement requirements.
