Description
Diaphragm sealing systems are used to protect pressure gauges in aggressive, high viscosity, crystalline, corrosive, hazardous and toxic environments. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel for isolating the medium. Pressure is transmitted to the pressure gauge through the system fill fluid inside the diaphragm.
Because of the variety of options, such as different diaphragm designs and materials, there are virtually unlimited possibilities for this product. The type of process connection and the basic manufacturing method are important design differentiation criteria.

DSS18F meets the various requirements of the food industry. The connection of the milk duct complies with the requirements of a hygienic process connection. In addition, the requirements for COP (offline cleaning) have also been met.
Diaphragm sealing system can cope with the high temperature caused by the sterilization steam in the SIP process, ensuring the sterile connection between the measuring medium and the diaphragm seal.
Diaphragm seals can be soldered directly to the measuring instrument.
DSS18F is used for pressure measurement in various processes such as filtration, separation, pasteurization and filling systems.
