Description of PID Temperature Controller
The CS6X series is a compact PID temperature controller for temperature display, control and monitoring.
The PID temperature controller supports multi-function input, that is, the user can configure the sensor input as needed. This greatly increases the flexibility of the controller and reduces user inventory. In addition, the controller also comes standard with an alarm output function for real-time monitoring.
The controller has a wide range of control parameters. The user can also activate the self-tuning function to easily find the best control parameters.
Users can set the control output to relay output (for slow control), logic level output for driving solid state relays (for fast control and high current load) or continuous 4… 20 mA signal output.
According to the specific application requirements, the user can also select the second alarm output for monitoring the process value and control loop for the PID temperature controller, and the heater burnout alarm for monitoring the controlled variable.
