Description
This series of thermistor thermometers is a universal thermometer for measuring liquid and gaseous media with a temperature range of -50 ... +250 °C. Intrinsically safe explosion-proof products can be used in hazardous areas.
According to different types of selection, the thermal resistance of the probe with a diameter of 3 mm can withstand a pressure of 14 MPa, and the thermal resistance of the probe with a diameter of 6 mm can withstand a pressure of 27 MPa. All electrical components are dust and water resistant, IP67 or IP69 rated, and have a seismic design that can be up to 20g depending on the selection.
The thermometer can be directly output (resistance) or can be output by a freely programmable WIKAsoft-TT configuration software via a computer-programmable transmitter output 4 ... 20 mA signal. It can set the measurement range, damping, error signal and bit number according to NAMUR NE43 standard.
Customers can choose different depths, process connections and sensors depending on the application. The TR31 RTD thermometer includes a jacket with a fixed process connection that can be threaded into the unit.
The electrical connection is an M12 x 1 round connector or directly connected by wire. The M12 x 1 round connector can be converted to a square connector according to DIN EN 175301-803 (industrial property registration number 001370985) via an electrical converter plug. As a special feature, miniature thermal resistors can also be customized according to customer's site requirements.
