Description
This linear design of the thermocouple device consists of a type B joint, a measuring insert according to DIN 43 735 and a TW81 type sheath. We can also provide DIN jackets of type A or type C and custom jackets according to customer requirements.
In addition, we offer process connections with flanges or fittings with a union type for airtight process connections.
These temperature probes are suitable for use in gaseous media in the low pressure range (approximately 0.1 MPa or less). We offer a variety of jacketing materials with or without glaze to meet the thermal stress requirements of different applications.
Replaceable measurement inserts can be removed, which not only simplifies the inspection and repair process, but also allows the user to change sensors during operation.
We also offer a choice of standard length inserts, which reduces lead times and reduces inventory of spare parts for users.
Customers can individually select jacket materials, fittings and sensors for their specific application.
In addition, users can also choose a built-in transmitter to improve the reliability of signal transmission.
A more economical copper cable can be used between the transmitter and the control room to replace a special thermocouple or compensation cable. Cold junctions are integrated into all Wika transmitters.
