Description of industrial thermometers
TG53 industrial thermometer developed and manufactured according to ASME B40.200 standard. With high quality and high performance, this thermometer is ideal for the process industry.
The rugged sealed enclosure with standard IP66 (NEMA 4X) protection ensures that the thermometer will operate under harsh external conditions.
TG53 industrial thermometers are designed for the chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, power engineering and shipbuilding industries to meet the stringent requirements of corrosion-resistant media. The housing, probe and process connections can also be made of 316 stainless steel.
This type of industrial thermometer has a variety of damping options, can operate under severe vibration conditions. These options include housing fill and damped sealed bearings to minimize pointer oscillation.
The easy-to-operate reset screw on the back of the housing allows for quick adjustment of the reference temperature over a limited range, reducing maintenance and recosting costs.
TG53 also has a variety of probe lengths (insertion length L1) to optimize its configuration and performance for specific applications.
