Description
The film type pull plate force sensor meets the customer's requirements for high strength, precision surface treatment, good rust resistance alloy steel or stainless steel.
We optimize the design with the new Finite Element Method technology to accurately predict the accuracy of force sensors for specific applications.
This series of pull plate force sensors uses the latest film strain technology for tensile force measurement. The thin film type sensitive element has a small size and can be accurately fixed at the force point, thereby achieving high measurement accuracy.
The thin-film sensor can form a dual signal output, without changing the external structure of the sensor, the sensor has redundant output to meet safety requirements, such as EN13849.
This series of pull-plate force sensors integrates the latest customized signal amplifiers to meet safety requirements, from pl-c to pl-e. Its EMC performance is excellent, it has strong anti-interference ability, and its radiation anti-interference is better than 200V/m.
