Description of the pin sensor
The pin sensor is used for static or dynamic force measurement work, can directly replace the existing pin, and measure the pull force and the pressure force in a wide range of applications.
This series of pin sensors are commonly used in cranes and cranes, as well as special machine structures such as pulleys (hoist spreaders), wire rope winches, fork heads (forklifts) and rolling bearings. This thin-film-based axle pin sensor is approved for use in hazardous areas such as mining and for stage/activity construction. In addition, the axle pin sensor has been tested by the Classification Society to meet DNVGL: DNVGL-ST-0378 standards ("sea and platform lifting equipment standards”) and DNVGL-ST-0377 standards (“ onboard lifting equipment standards ”). Therefore, it can also be used for lifting technology in the marine and shipping industries. Another area of application for axle pin sensors in automated production is manufacturing automation.
can choose the appropriate technology and regional certification (ATEX, IECEx, SIL and UL).
The axle pin sensor uses high-strength corrosion-resistant stainless steel 1.4542, which is especially suitable for force sensor applications. In addition to the standard active current and voltage outputs (4… 20 mA / 0… 10 V), the digital output (CANopen®) can also be used as an output signal. Redundant output signals are also available.
