CTD9100 series portable calibrators are especially suitable for field calibration applications. The calibrator is user-friendly, compact and lightweight, and can be carried anywhere.
This new instrument combines a stable heat source and high-precision Pt100 temperature measurement principle to effectively calibrate industrial temperature sensors.
Regularly testing temperature probes can help detect faults and reduce downtime.
Easy to use
CTD9100 series dry well temperature calibrators are equipped with temperature controlled metal blocks and interchangeable inserts.
The calibrator controller is equipped with two buttons for quick and easy adjustment and control of the calibration temperature, and the calibrator has a large, high-contrast 4-digit LED display that simultaneously displays the heating block The actual temperature and set temperature to avoid read errors. In addition, the insert can be drilled according to the diameter of the thermometer, so that thermometers of different diameters can be mounted on the calibrator.
The calibrator uses a new module design to improve temperature uniformity over a low operating temperature range, reduce measurement uncertainty, and a depth of 150mm, which can significantly reduce thermal error.
