Weika thermostat tank is the ideal temperature source for calibrating temperature probes in the workshop and laboratory.
When calibrating, the device under test and the standard thermometer are at the same temperature in the constant temperature oil bath. Once the temperature has stabilized, the system reads the temperature of the device under test or measures the output signal of the device under test, and then compares the reading with the measured value of the standard thermometer.
In order to achieve smaller measurement uncertainty during comparison, a constant temperature unit is required to achieve a uniform spatial temperature distribution and achieve a constant temperature over the calibration temperature range. The constant temperature oil sump can fully meet these requirements.
In addition to the constant temperature oil tank itself, the liquid in the tank also plays an important role. In order to ensure a uniform temperature distribution, the selected liquid should have a high thermal conductivity and a low viscosity.
In addition, the liquid should also be inert, have a low vapor pressure, will not chemically decompose, will not burn and maintain its inherent properties over a wide temperature range.
In fact, silicone oil has long been recognized by everyone in this regard.

Easy to use
The constant temperature oil sump has an incubator with a depth of 200 mm. The maximum immersion depth of the device under test is 200 mm, which reduces the heat conduction error and reduces the measurement uncertainty.
