Description
Application
This equipment is mainly used as a calibrator, high-accuracy measuring equipment or precision pressure transmitter in HVAC, filtration, clean room and medical technology.
Features
CPC2000 is a low voltage controller that can be powered by utility or battery, with built-in automatic pressure source and pressure reference. The controller is equipped with an integrated electric pump that provides positive and/or negative pressure to the pipe connection. Zero adjustment is automatically performed when the meter is started, and no zero drift occurs.
Subsequently, the user only needs to perform a few simple preparations to verify. First, use the "MENU" button to select one of the saved pressure units and select the pressure change level within the range of 0...50%.
After entering full scale in control mode, the user can use the navigation buttons to easily increase or decrease the pressure at the set level. Alternatively, the user can use the LEAK button to check for leaks in the calibration component or device under test. This locks the pressure in the test assembly and measures the pressure drop that can occur and the time it takes to show the pressure drop.

This device has RS-232 and USB interface for communication and data exchange with the computer.
Verification certificate
The accuracy of each instrument is certified at the factory and is equipped with a factory calibration certificate. In addition, we can also provide DKD/DAkkS verification certificate according to customer requirements.
