Emerson's engineering team has designed test equipment and procedures to ensure good valve performance under all conditions of use. These facilities are used for the discharge of experiments, tests and decompression devices. Our Texas plant can perform cryogenic tests down to -320°F (-196 °C). The new equipment includes 11,000 gallons of liquid nitrogen storage tanks, high pressure gas tanks, full liquid testing capabilities and large laboratories. And the NB (National Boiler and Pressure Inspection Committee) certified steam displacement test center, tested according to ASME requirements.
